This violation was most recently observed on or about October 18, 2017 at a worksite at 19 Bailey Street, Plains Township, PA, (East wall, In-Process Rm) when employees turned fluorescent lights on or off by cycling circuit breakers that were not manufactured or marked for switching duty (SWD).
