29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(12): Ladders used where the employee or the ladder could contact exposed energized electrical equipment did not have nonconductive side rails: A.) Adam's Contracting; 303 Walnut Street, Emlenton, PA - On or about 7/27/17, employees were moving an aluminum ladder from the area around the house to companys construction trailer. While they were moving the ladder, the ladder came into contact with overhead power lines. The 32 ft. Werner ladder was completely aluminum and did not have nonconductive side rails.
