29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) a) Lot 31 Rosshandler RD, Suwannee, GA 30024 On or about August 11, 2017 and at times prior to, employees used chemical products including but not limited to Custom Color Type N Masonry Cement containing Quartz (crystalline silica) and Hexavalent chromium. The employer failed to train employees on the safe handling and use of the hazardous chemicals products.
