29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: On or about 08/02/2017, Aim to Amaze Outdoor Services Inc., at 5580 Vinmil Road, House Springs, MO, did not ensure that their employee(s) wore head protection (hard hats). The employee(s) had not worn head protection at this residents 5 acre field. While feeding the wood chipper, limbs and other debris could flip toward the employee causing a possible head injury.
