29 CFR 1910.146(c)(4): The written permit space entry program was not available for inspection by employees and their authorized representatives: a. 190 Strykers Rd., Phillipsburg, NJ - Decorating Department The employer did not provide a permit-required confined space program for employees' inspection. Employees engaged in the screen printing of labels onto plastic bottles who entered equipment that included, but was not limited to NOVAX "M" U.V. screen printers, to perform maintenance and repair activities. Violation occurred on or about July 25, 2017
