29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy. 19 Depot St, Sutton, MA On May 17, 2017 and at times prior, employees were exposed to amputation hazards when performing maintenance and servicing tasks inside the access panel on the Nelmor granulator machine. The energy control procedure did not include the mechanical energy or detail the procedure to safeguard against the stopping time for the rotating blades.
