29 CFR 1926.758(g): Purlins and girts shall not be used as an anchorage point for a fall arrest system unless written approval is obtained from a qualified person. Location - 121 Donald Lynch Blvd, Marlborough, MA 01752. On or about May 7, 2017, employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than twenty feet above lower level when their fall protection system anchors were attached to purlins.
