29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee with occupational exposure participated in a training program: ALCO Manufacturing Corp., LLC - Elyria, OH: On or about April 19, 2017, the employer did not ensure employees with occupational exposure to blood participated in bloodborne pathogen training. Employees were exposed to blood when cleaning blood and/or other potentially infectious materials following a workplace injury.
