29 CFR 1910.1025(c)(1): Employee(s) were exposed to lead at concentrations greater than fifty micrograms per cubic meter (0.050 mg/m3) of air averaged over an eight-hour period. a) H Hansen Industries located on the Lewis J Kuber Barge docked at 600 Millard Avenue Oregon, OH, 43616, on or about March 24, 2017 the employer did not ensure that employees conducting welding operations within the Lewis J Kuber Barge were not overexposed to Lead. An employee was exposed to lead at a time weighted average of 0.374 mg/m3 (748% of the PEL). Overexposure to lead can cause anemia, weakness, and kidney and brain damage.
