29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employees using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator, whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) was used, and at least annually thereafter: a) Facility Employees using respirators such as, but not limited to, 3M 8511 filtering facepiece respirators and 3M 6200 half mask, negative pressure respirators, were not provided a fit test prior to initial use during powder coating powder production. Violation occurred on or about 02/21/2017.
