29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) DALB, Inc: On or about February 1, 2017 and times prior, employees performed servicing and maintenance activities such as changing dies and cleaning operations without using energy control procedures. The employer does not perform adequate periodic inspections of the energy control program to ensure the requirements of the energy control standards are met.
