29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2): Frames and panels were not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, which secure vertical members together laterally, and automatically square and align the vertical members so that the erected scaffold is always plumb, level, and square. On or about January 18, 2017 the employer did not ensure that scaffolding used for plastering operations were plumb, level, square, and braced to prevent swaying and displacement. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards above 10 feet.
