29 CFR 1910.179(m)(1): Thorough monthly inspections of rope conditions, with written, dated and signed reports, were not performed on the running ropes: a) Jobsite, Main Bay, 1889 Mayview Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017: On or before December 27, 2016, crane inspection documents maintained by the employer show that monthly wire rope inspections for the Wright 10 ton overhead crane (model/type TRDG, serial number L32170) with written, dated, and signed reports were not performed. The crane is used by employees on a daily basis to lift powered industrial trucks of varying weights.
