29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly. On or about December 07, 2016 employees in the production area were exposed to hazards associated with fire fighting where the employer provided hand held, portable fire extinguishers but did not ensure that those extinguisher were visually inspected monthly.
