29 CFR 1926.757(c)(1): Both sides of the seat of one end of each steel joist that requires bridging under Tables A and B shall be attached to the support structure before hoisting cables are released. Located within Sequence 17 Music Wing on October 10 and/or 11, 2016 at final erection connection points Table A type short span open web steel bar joist series 22K7-J240 and 22K9-J237 both exceeding 40 foot 7 inches span were landed on the joist pocket structure with crane supported load lines releasing joist load prior to being welded on both sides of the seat of one end of each steel joist as required in Table A of 1926.757 exposing employees to the hazard of being struck by unintentional joist displacement from the joist pocket bearing points
