29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i)(D): By elevation of 8 feet (2.44 m) or more above the floor or other working surface and so installed as to exclude unqualified persons. a. On or about December 23, 2011 - at the above addressed jobsite, employees working on the basement renovation were exposed to open electrical junction boxes which contained 110 Volt live electric circuits which were installed/elevated at heights ranging from 7' to 7'5", thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with electrical shock.
