29 CFR 1910.147(f)(2)(i): Whenever outside personnel were engaged in activities covered by the scope and application of this standard, the on-site employer and the outside employer did not inform each other of their respective lockout or tagout procedures: (a) On or about October 7, 2015 the employer was performing servicing and maintenance activities on equipment such as but not limited to, the MKE1 KSAW Tracker robot, station - 3308 and other KIVA floor automation equipment for a host employer. The equipment had multiple energy sources including pneumatic, electric, hydraulic and gravity energy. The employers had not informed each other of their respective machine specific lockout or tagout procedures to isolate the energy sources during service and maintenance activities.
