29 CFR 1910.110(c)(4)(ii): LP-Gas containers were not set upon a firm foundation or otherwise firmly secured: (a) On or about June 15th, 2015, and at times prior, at 467 Austin Avenue in Neosho, MO, two liquefied petroleum gas cylinders connected to the plant vapor piping system were not firmly secured or adequately supported by a firm foundation. Abatement certification is required for this Item. Use the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET for this purpose. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
