29 CFR 1926.451(f)(7): Scaffolds were not erected, moved, dismantled, or altered, by trained and experienced employees under the supervision and direction of a competent person qualified in scaffold erection, moving, dismantling or alteration: a) Front of House - On or about 08/08/2014, a 30 ft. high fabricated frame scaffold was erected under the supervision of this companys site foremen and that scaffold was erected within 4 inches of 4 kv over-head power lines and which was not provided with fall protection while occupied by workers installing stucco on the front of a house under construction. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
