29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(xiii)(D): Advise all contractors about flammable materials or hazardous conditions of which they may not be aware: The employer did not ensure that workers were advised of flammable materials or hazardous conditions that may be present in the work area. This violation most recently occurred on August 13, 2014, at the workplace located in Sumner, Texas; where workers were not advised of possible hazardous conditions while cutting metal beams around the exterior of the paint booth.
