29 CFR 1910.244(a)(2)(iii): After the load had been raised, it was not cribbed, blocked, or otherwise secured at once: a) The employer does not ensure that loads after being raised by a hydraulic jack are immediately cribbed, blocked, or otherwise secured. This violation occurred on or about August 7, 2014, at a workplace located at 121 East Oregon Street, Dallas, Texas 75203; where a Halla, HLF25, forklift truck that was raised by a hydraulic forklift jack was not effectively cribbed, blocked or otherwise secured before an employee began working underneath it.
