GreenStreet Coffee Roasters, Inc., Philadelphia, PA: Employees were potentially exposed to electrical shock as the employer used a flexible extension cord to extend the power supply to an Electrolux Refrigerator. The employer permitted the use of flexible cords in lieu of fixed wiring. Observed on and about July 24, 2014.
