29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s):(Construction Reference:1926.59) On or about June 13, 2014, at 7792 McGinnis Ferry Road, Suwanee, Georgia: Helpers and employees performing welding work were exposed to lung and nasal irritation when the employer did not provide the employees with safety data sheets to inform the employees how to recognize and minimize the chemical hazards associated with welding fumes.
