29 CFR 1910.138(a): The employer did not select and require employee(s) to use appropriate hand protection when employees' hands were exposed to hazards such as those from skin absorption of harmful substances: a) Renosol plant Selma, Alabama: On or about May 27, 2014 and at times prior thereto the employer failed to select and require employees to use appropriate hand protection when employees are required to handle materials containing Toluene Diisocyanate (TDI) and Methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) which is a sensitizer that is absorbed through the skin.
