29 CFR 1926.251(a)(2)(iii): The employer did not ensure that rigging equipment with affixed, legible identification markings, required by paragraph (a)(2)(i) of this section was used. At this work place, employees rigged lifting clamps to hoist tank building material from horizontal to vertical positions and the employer did not ensure lifting clamps without a legible identification plate were not used.
