29 CFR 1910.120(p)(1): The written safety/health program was not designed to identify, evaluate and control safety and health hazards in facilities for the purpose of employee protection, to address as appropriate site analysis, engineering controls, hazardous waste handling procedures, and uses of new technologies: a) Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc. / 1606 Pittsburgh Ave, Erie, PA: On or about January 30, 2014, inspection and troubleshooting procedures were not developed and implemented to address freezing and clogging issues encountered with the Return and Fill operations and its associated equipment and piping.
