29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service: a) Baillie Lumber Co., L.P., Galion, Ohio: On or about December 3, 2013, the employer did not ensure that daily examinations of the Caterpillar V200 lift truck were being conducted prior to use. The lift truck had a faulty horn, which exposed employees working around the lift to struck-by and crushing hazards.
