29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: (a) An employee, powder coater, was exposed to particulates not otherwise regulated (total dust) at an 8 hour time weighted average of 55.17 milligrams per cubic meter of air (mg/M3) while operating the manual powder coat gun. The employee was required to wear a negative pressure respirator and did not have the fit of his respirator determined, on or about November 5, 2013. "ABATEMENT OBSERVED DURING INSPECTION - NO CERTIFICATION REQUIRED"
