29 CFR 1910.1052(l): Employee information and training - Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (Construction Reference: 1926.1152) a) for employees applying and removing Klean-Strip Premium Sprayable Stripper to the sheet metal gazebo roof located at 950 Cherry Hills Drive, Sun City Center (FL), on or about 08/07/2013. As per the safety data sheet (SDS), the stripping product contained 70-85% methylene chloride, a known carcinogen.
