29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(ii): Unstable objects shall not be used to support scaffolds or platform units: Two Instances: a. On or about, June 26, 2013, at the above addressed job-site, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while installing formwork and reinforcing steel from a scaffold which was supported by concrete masonry blocks at the north side of a structure. b.
