29 CFR 1926.451(f)(1): Scaffolds and scaffold components shall not be loaded in excess of their maximum intended loads or rated capacities, whichever is less. a) Roof bracket scaffold, roof, Old Zion Church, 428 North Broad Street - Employees were performing roofing work from a roof bracket scaffold that was loaded in excess of its maximum intended load. The maximum intended load of one worker between every two adjacent support brackets was exceeded when two employees were working between two adjacent support brackets. Observed on or about 6/21/2013.
