29 CFR 1926.20(b)(4): The employer failed to permit only those employees qualified by training or experience to operate equipment and machinery: On or about June 4, 2013, the employer did not ensure that employees were provided training prior to the operation of the Bobcat Skid-Steer Loader, Model #S175, with auger attachment to dig fence posts holes along the perimeter of the property. Employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by heavy equipment.
