29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. Guardrail systems were not installed before the scaffold was released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews. On or about May 22, 2013, and times prior thereto, two employees were found performing plastering work on a scaffold platform at heights greater than 10 feet from the ground that was not provided with a guardrail system along all sides and ends of the platforms.
