Equipment that is safe for the location was not of a type and design that the employer demonstrates will provide protection from the hazards arising from the combustibility and flammability of vapors, liquids, gases, dusts, or fibers involved. a) On May 6, 2013, and at times prior thereto, not all electrical equipment had been evaluated for the hazard classification of Class II for the combustible dust hazard present in the throughout the workplace.
