29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that employees acquired the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage and removal of energy control devices: (a) Production Floor - On or about April 23, 2013, where employees perform service and preventive maintenance on metal working machines, to include but not limited to, CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, grinders, horizontal and vertical band saws, and EDM Machines, employees did not receive training as required.
