29 CFR 1910.26(c)(1): Good safe practices in the use and care of ladder equipment were not employed by the users to get maximum serviceability, safety, and to eliminate unnecessary damage of equipment: a) Boat Dock on March 06, 2013, employees were using an aluminum ladder upside down, exposing employees up to a 11 foot fall hazard. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION ARE NOT REQUIRED
