29 CFR 1910.1027(f)(2)(i): The employer did not establish and implement a written compliance program to reduce employee exposure to or below the PEL by means of engineering and work practice controls, as required by paragraph (f)(1) of this section: (a) AECOM - The employer did not develop and implement a written compliance program to reduce employee exposure to cadmium to or below the permissible exposure limit. An abrasive blast employee was overexposed to cadmium at a rate of 13.1 ug/M3 on or about March 7, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement
