29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service, and were placed in service when examination showed any condition adversely affecting the safety of the vehicle. Such examination was not made at least daily: a) On or about March 6, 2013 and at times prior, Clark forklifts, Model C500 and C138 were not inspected at least daily for defects and safety prior to use.
