29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical which they used: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) On or about February 6, 2013, at the worksite located at 106 Tournay Circle, Little Rock, Arkansas, material safety data sheets were not maintained for hazardous chemicals/ingredients such as but not limited to Ash Grove Type N Masonry Cement being mixed and used by employees performing masonry application tasks, and silica generated from brick cutting tasks.
