29 CFR 1910.266(h)(1)(iv): Employees approached a feller closer than two tree lengths of trees being felled where the feller did not acknowledge that it was safe to do so. a) Section 1D-1: On or about August 27, 2012 and at times prior thereto, a faller approached another faller within one tree length without his acknowledgement. The faller started a face cut in a tree while the other faller was falling a tree, less than a tree length away. Note: Abatement certification and supporting documentation are required for this item.
