29 CFR 1917.44(f): Vehicular routes, traffic rules, and parking areas were not established, identified, and used: a. On or about 08/28/12, main access road, entrance Trailer Control Area (TCA), Crowley Puerto Rico Services, Inc. Isla Grande, San Juan, PR. The employer did not install traffic controls to inform drivers to operate at safe speeds as evidenced by the lack of posted speed signs, stop signs, and, speed bumps along the access road and blind sections on the road. NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item since it was submitted prior to citation issuance.
