29 CFR 1910.106(d)(4)(i): Openings to other rooms or buildings were not provided with noncombustible liquid-tight raised sills or ramps at least 4 inches in height, or the floor in the storage area shall be at least 4 inches below the surrounding floor: a) Paint storage room: The doorway from the storage room was not provided with a liquid tight raised sill or ramp which permitted spilled flammable bronzing fluid to leak outside of the storage room, as observed on or about August 16, 2012. Abatement Certification Required.
