29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: The empployer does not ensure that employees, when working from an aerial lift, wear a body belt with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket. This violation occurred on July 24, 2012, at a workplace located at 308 Ohio Street, Palestine, TX 75039; where at least one (1) employee worked from an aerial lift without wearing a body belt and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket.
