29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. Guardrail systems shall be installed before the scaffold is released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews. a) Jobsite - 2000 Parrish Street - Employees working on the tubular welded scaffold were exposed to fall hazards up to approximately 30 feet as a guardrail system was not installed on the end of the platform. Employees were working on the outrigger section of the 5th level of the scaffold on or about 4/30/12.
