29 CFR 1910.119(l)(5): A change covered by 29 CFR 1910.119(l) resulted in a change in the operating procedures or practices required by 29 CFR 1910.119(f), and such procedures or practices were not updated: a)In the Reduction area: On or about June 7, 2010 and at times prior the employer changed the operating procedure for Reactor Assembly (WIR112) from installing all CVD reactor flange bolts and tightening and connecting all hoses to installing 6 to 8 bolts and hand tightening then starting the drying and leak check procedure (WIR120) and did not update the written operating procedure.
