29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer did not select and have each affected employee use, the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee(s) from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment: On or about January 30, 2026, the employer did not conduct an adequate personal protective equipment (PPE) hazard assessment to ensure that the proper protection against the body and eyes/face were identified while using, handling, and transferring corrosive materials and/or hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, RBP Metering Roller Cleaner, RBP Pressman Conditioner, and On the Fly. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
