29 CFR 1926.451(g)(2): The employer did not have a competent person determine the feasibility and safety of providing fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds or did not require and provide fall protection use for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds where the installation and use of such protection was feasible and did not create a greater hazard: a) Job site, 1462 Chateau Street, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about January 22, 2026 during scaffold erection activities, the employer did not ensure employees used appropriate fall protection systems/devices and were exposed to a fall hazard of up to approximately 14 feet.
