29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: Location: jobsite- Location: 707 Neponset St, Norwood, MA- pick On December 30, 2025, a worker was exposed to fall hazards of up 17 feet to the ground below while conducting framing activities where fall protection training was not provided to recognize and minimize fall hazards. J Williams Construction Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1793307, citation number 1, item number 1(b) and was affirmed as a final order on October 3, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 18 Hedgerow Lane, Westwood, MA.
