29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer shall conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed. a) On or about and at times prior to January 8, 2026, at the establishment located at 1323 South 11th Avenue, Wausau, Wisconsin; the employer did not ensure that a periodic inspection was conducted at least annually for energy control procedures including, but not limited to Dowel Boring Machine (ID 2249), Fiberglass Saw (ID 1057), Mortiser #1, Router Table (ID 0570), Router Table (ID 2496), Tenoner (ID 0148), Wagoma #2 (ID 0260), and Weinig #4 (ID 0166).
