29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: a) On or about August 7 2025, at 13330 West Colonial Drive, Winter garden, Florida: employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to 221 Wet/Dry Roof Cement, which can cause skin and eye irritation, vision loss, and respiratory irritation in that the employer did not maintain the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical used at the workplace.
